HOLIDAY INN WEST PERTH_

In May 2016, ADC_ completed the development of the 101 room Sage Hotel and accompanying Julio’s Restaurant on Hay Street in West Perth. ADC acquired the existing buildings at 1309 Hay Street in late 2013, and over a three year period raised capital, obtained approvals, secured a 100% leasing pre-commitment and then managed the build out of the project. The development scope included refurbishment and restoration of the 1903 built heritage house converting it to a restaurant and bar in addition to a new 13 level tower comprising 101 four star hotel rooms with amenities including gymnasium and large lobby that integrates seamlessly with the heritage component.

This asset was initially leased to Singapore based international hotel operators Next Story Hotel Group under a ten year term branded as the Sage Hotel.

In September of 2021 a new manager IHG Hotels & Resorts was appointed under a Hotel Management Agreement with a twenty (20) year initial term and two (2) five (5) year options. A soft refurbishment has taken place and the hotel re-branded as Holiday Inn West Perth effective 1 November 2021, making it the second hotel under the Holiday Inn brand in Perth and the 42nd within the Australasia and Pacific region.

ADC_ asset manages the property on behalf of its Unit Trust that owns the Property.
