Working alongside Cooper and Oxley, FORM and Cox Architects, ADC played an integral role in developing the vision and plan for the refurbishment of the early 1900’s Goods Shed, one of Perth’s oldest station buildings.  The redeveloped building is a cultural hub for LandCorp’s Claremont Oval redevelopment precinct, and the broader Western Suburbs. The Goods Shed comprises an artist in residence studio and gallery that is managed and curated by FORM featuring leading international artists across multiple disciplines.

ADC_ provided pro-bono Development Management services for this Not for Profit initiative. ADC_’s role was pivotal to the success and management of architects, consultants and approvals, in addition to handling budget, funding, and contractual requirements between LandCorp and FORM.
