HOMES FOR HOMES - MEDIA RELEASE

ADC_ is partnering with Homes for Homes to provide ongoing funding for social and affordable housing initiatives.

Homes for Homes, created by The Big Issue, raises funds for social and affordable housing through donations from the sale or rent of properties. Owners and renters register their property with Homes for Homes, promising to donate 0.1% of their property’s sale price or rent. Funds are then granted to community housing providers in the State or Territory of the donation to increase the delivery of safe and secure housing for those on the margins.

ADC_ has more than 150 apartments across complexes in Mosman, Subiaco and Maylands in the advanced stages of planning, and a further 742 apartments approved for the Perth Girls School precinct in East Perth.

Homes for Homes is on track to raise more than $1 billion by 2030, all thanks to businesses and the community getting involved and registering their properties with Homes for Homes.
