Mos Lane preparing to launch with construction scheduled to commence early -2024.

ADC_is proud to announce we have received WA Planning Commission approval for our $75.7 million Mos Lane project, which is now set to deliver a vibrant new chapter of apartment living in Mosman Park.

This redevelopment will see the existing aged local supermarket building on Wellington Street replaced by 70 new apartments and townhouses. The residences will be anchored by a ground floor village-style precinct withlocally owned and operated retail, food and beverage and wellness stores.

The approval of the Mos Lane project comes at an opportune time for an increasingly discerning Perth market that is rightfully demanding more from apartment design that delivers on a truly considered approach to contemporary lifestyles.

ADC_ was the first developer to successfully access the WA State Governments new Infrastructure Development Fund, an initiative designed to supplement essential utility costs to unlock the development pipeline and address the current housing shortage in WA.
