7 HENRY ST, FREMANTLE_
In April 2015, ADC_ purchased a mixed use development site located within the historic west-end of Fremantle, in walking proximity to the Fremantle Train Station, Arthur Head Reserve, Bathers Beach and Fremantle Harbour. The approved scheme that has been developed for the project comprises the retention of the ground floor façade and construction of a new 4 level, predominantly residential apartment building over the balance of the property.
The project is now complete and sold out, comprising of a mixed-use development of twenty (20) one, two and three bedroom apartments and approximately fifty (50) square metres of commercial floor space.
The Social on Henry was recognised in 2021 at the Western Australian Institute of Architects winning the Residential Architecture Award in the multiple housing category.
