VALE TOWN CENTRE, AVELEY

The Vale Town Centre is approximately 22 kilometres north east of the Perth CBD within the burgeoning new suburb of Aveley. This retail centre is the first town centre within the 4,500 lot “Vale” subdivision that is currently being undertaken by national land developer Stockland Ltd. This modern centre is anchored by a Supa IGA store, and IGA Liquor store, and features approximately 14 specialty stores and is taking advantage of strong population growth in both its primary and secondary catchment areas.

ADC_ acquired and developed the property in conjunction with its joint venture partner, Stockland, and upon completion in February 2014 undertook Asset Management responsibilities on behalf of the ownership group. ADC_ oversaw the leasing of the centre and played an integral role in the establishment and support of the various businesses comprised within the centre.

ADC_ managed a successful sale campaign in late 2014, resulting in the property being sold on a strong yield.
